We are looking for talented professionals from the field of Business Development to join our team as Business Development Associates to assist in the advertising and selling of our company's products and to create competitive advantages for our company in the market industry.


Job role:

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to work closely with our Marketing and Sales teams. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers.

It is an added advantage if you have experience in developing leads from marketing campaigns and meeting sales quotas. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle from establishing a customer contact till signing a deal. You will also ensure proper after-sales service.


Responsibilities:

  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
  • Schedules virtual or in-person appointments/meetings and demonstrates products and services as deemed necessary by clients and management while answering questions from clients.
  • Prepare sales proposals and present or share them with customers.
  • Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular calls, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
  • Negotiate / close deals maintain customer satisfaction and handle complaints or objections
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
  • Updating the sales funnel on daily basis and updating the Management on weekly sales meetings.
  • Flawless daily workflow and the ability to properly track your calls, follow up and set appointments.
  • Conduct various market research to identify potential business partnerships, market segments, and lead generation channels.
  • Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans


Requirements:

  • A passion for Business Development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A Diploma or higher-level qualification in marketing, business, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 - 3 years of experience in the business development field (Preferably in the Digital/IT sector)
  • Excellent negotiation and networking skills.
  • Good project management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
  • Strong time management and organization skills
  • Ability to think on your feet and communicate well
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on a company’s success.
